By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services You agree to use our Site and Services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, videos, and the FYRN methodology, is the exclusive property of The Real Estate Sidekick and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

3. Course Enrollment and Access When you enroll in a FYRN course, you are purchasing access to a digital educational product.

Payment: All payments are due at the time of purchase.
Access: We offer lifetime access to the course materials for which you have paid, subject to the continued operation of our platform.
API Usage: Certain course tiers include access to our automated analysis engine. The number of analysis submissions ("API calls") is limited per the description of the purchased tier. These limits are in place to ensure system stability and prevent abuse.
Refunds: Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

4. User Accounts You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Disclaimers The content and Services provided by The Real Estate Sidekick are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a pre-licensing school. We do not make any guarantees regarding your success, income, or ability to pass any licensure examinations. Your success depends on your own effort, dedication, market conditions, and implementation.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Real Estate Sidekick and its founder, John Joseph Cruz, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Site or Services.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
